Product Application
WNS type horizontal oil (gas) fired steam (hot water) boiler is a kind of (smoke)fire-tube boiler with three passes, wet back and micro-pressure firing.
Oil (gas) is spayed into the furnace through the burner in front of the boiler. The high-temp. gas from firing flows into the reversal chamber, and then into the front smoke box through the second pass, then into the back smoke box through the third pass, then into the air through the stack. For steam boiler, helical fin tube economizer is fixed on top of the back smoke box.
This type of boiler employs the exported burner. Stable and safe micro-pressure combustion. The burner is equipped with such operating and safety controls as computer-controlled start, high-pressure protection, fire off protection, automatic control of oil and wind proportion and automatic control of firing power.
This type of boiler employs intelligentized control. It can realize feed water automatic control, pressure automatic control, water level automatic warning, over-pressure (over-temperature) automatic control and fire off automatic warning.
Thermal efficiency of the boiler is very high, due to the reasonable structure of the grate design, accurate casting, with minimal assembly of the scale extrusion grate, lead to minimized coal leakage and no need for shutdowns when having to replace the grate.
