Boiler headers, or boiler manifolds are designed to simplify piping near the boiler, reduce installation time, labor costs and parts used. Available in various branch options with threaded inlet and outlet connections. For closed loop heating applications only.
Boiler header, also called sub-drum,widely used in power generation, petrochemicals, steel, cement, construction and other industries.
1. Steam header body diameter: 6inch ,8inch,10inch,12inch,and so on
2. Branch pipe:1',2',3',4',5',6' and so on.

1.Headers form an important part of all types of boilers.
2.Steam from the generating tubes is collected in headers which are therefore always under pressure.
3.This pressure may vary from 300 psi to 2000 psi. Since headers are always under pressure, the utmost care is taken by us while fabricating them.
4.Depending on the generating capacity of the boiler the header sizes fabricated by us vary from 100 mm to 600 mm NB. The stubs of various sizes are very carefully welded to the main body of the header to provide the desired openings from the header.
1.In manufacturing, the key of end cover hinder is welding.
2.Since by manual arc welding, the weld joint is single-side welding without quality guarantee at the ends.
3.In addition, due to large welding workload, frequent return for repair and long working period, it became the throat process of the whole hinder production.
4.When making hinders of the style, we adopt advanced production technique, complete large equipment and mature technology, especially automatic submerged arc welding between hinders and end covers.

1.The necking hinders of the Company are made by hot press and retracting of seamless steel pipes at special hinder necking machine.
2.In this way, the hinders will have thicker walls and cleaner surface. The necking cover will form membrane stress rather than bending stress with desired stress performance under the effect of inner pressure.
