High Efficient Energy Saving Stainless Steel CFB Boiler for Industry

 

 

Product Introduction

  • Circulating fluidized bed boiler adopts the clean coal combustion technology with the highest degree of industrialization.
  • Circulating fluidized bed boiler adopts fluidized combustion, the main structure includes combustion chamber (including dense phase area and dilute phase area) and circulating furnace (including high temperature gas-solid separator and return material system).
  • With bubbling fluidized bed combustion technology is one of the biggest difference between high running speed, strengthened the combustion and desulfurization heterogeneous reaction process, such as boiler capacity can be expanded to power industry can accept large capacity (600 mw or above level), circulating fluidized bed boiler has been very good to solve the basic problem such as thermodynamics, mechanics, materials science and engineering problems such as inflation, wear and overtemperature, become difficult to burning solid fuels (such as coal gangue, shale, municipal waste, sludge and other wastes) energy utilization of advanced technology.

 

Construction

 

Boiler using a single drum, natural circulation, generally divided into the front and the end of the two shafts.
The vertical shaft at the front is a total suspension structure, which is composed of membrane type water wall around.
From bottom to top, it is the primary air chamber, dense phase area and sparse phase area, and the tail flue is the high-temperature superheater, low-temperature superheater, economizer and air preheater from top to bottom.
The vertical shafts at the end are supported by a vertical cyclone separator. The lower part of the separator is connected with a return device and a ash cooler.
The combustion chamber and separator are equipped with anti-wear lining inside, the front vertical shaft with tube furnace wall, the outer metal plate, the rear vertical shaft with light furnace wall, by eight steel column to bear all the weight of the boiler.
The boiler adopts under-bed ignition (oil or gas), fractional combustion, primary air ratio of 50-60%, fly ash cycle for low rate, medium temperature separation of ash and slag discharge using dry, respectively from the water-cooled screw slag machine, ash cooler and dust collector dust bucket discharge.
The furnace chamber is the key to ensure the full combustion of fuel. The turbulent bed is adopted to make the fluidization speed be 3.5-4.5m /s. The appropriate furnace cross-section is designed.
