Industrial and Utility Alloy HRSG Heat Recovery Steam Generator for Industry 

 Product Descripton

 

Heat Recovery Steam Generators are a type of Waste Heat Recovery unit which uses waste heat (generally from Gas Turbines) to generate steam. Therefore, HRSGs are generally attached to the exhaust of Gas Turbines. They are commonly used in Combined Cycle Power Plants where both Gas and Steam turbines are used to drive generators. Common parts of a heat recovery steam generator include the following:

  1. Superheater and desuperheater
  2. Steam drum, mud drum, drum internals
  3. Tubes
  4. Duct Burner for supplemental firing
  5. Blow down tank
  6. Economizer
  7. Firing equipment including duct burner, burner management system, pilot burner
  8. Bypass stack and exhaust stack, sealing air fan,baffles, piping, valves and controls
