Product Introduce
Manifold headers is boiler part which can improve heat exchange efficient by increase heat surface.The water in drum flow down to the headers through boiler barrel and allocate to tubes.
Water in tubes absorb heat and then collect into upper headers follow to drum.We usually named called these upper and lower headers as manifold header.
The main function of manifold headers is gather,mix and redistribution working medium to ensure uniform allocation and heating in boiler systeam.
HDB can design and manufacture headers include water-cooling headers of boiler proper,economizer headers,superheater heaters and so on.

Functions
Manifold headers is boiler part for work medium mixing and uniform heating.
The furnace wall usually combined by water wall panels,but it can not make sure all working medium in tubes absorb same amount heat as the boiler is bulkey and complex in structure.So we usually install headers in boiler syesteam to allow working medium mix and redistrubute.Which can reduce thermal deviation and improve colling,heat exchange efficient of boiler.
Besides,the upper,middle,lower pipe are in different specifications,also the quantity and layout are different.The manifold headers can connect all these pipes to make sure working medium can flow in it smoothly.

HDB can follow customers requirements to design and manufacture manifold headers in carbon steel,stainless steel,alloy steel,etc.

1. Strength calculation report with applied materials information.
2. 100%NDT(non-destructive inspection) report of steel plate, tube and welding rod.
3. 100%X-ray inspection report (welding seam): to ensure the quality of the entire boiler.
4. Hydraulic test report: ensure the standard working pressure and safety.
