Product Description

 

We design and supply the complete system for either heat recovery to process streams such as crude oil or to generate steam.

In the case where steam is generated the equipment, whether based on forced circulation or natural circulation, is designed and supplied as an integral system for the steam needs.

 

Flue gas coolers are special heat recovery units where sensible heat contained in usually dirty flue gases is used to produce and superheat steam or to preheat process oil streams for energy conservation purposes.
The heat recovery section is composed either of horizontal or vertical bare tubes for forced or natural circulation of the steam, respectively.

 

Most of these applications are in refinery fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) or residue catalytic cracking (RCC) units where catalyst dust is present. 
Our design includes an efficient and simple device to collect the dust. 
With the exchanging surfaces being top-supported and arranged in small groups of tubes with upper and lower headers, the gap available between the lower headers allows all of the dust removed by soot-blowers to fall down directly to the collecting hoppers. 
The bottom section of the heat recovery unit has collectors to allow reliable and easy operation, as well as dust removal.
