Production
Waste heat boiler is comprehensive utilization heat auxiliary equipment, which is generally installed in the flue gas pass, absorb heat (or waste heat) of exhausting flue gas to generate steam, and to reduce flue gas temperature.
Waste heat boilers have the following characteristics
1. Thermal load instability, will change as the production cycle.
2. Large amount of dust in the flue gas.
3. Gas is corrosive.
4. Installation of waste heat boiler will be subject to site conditions, there is also how the co-ordination with the front-end process and so on.
