1.H-fin Tubes have two steel discs,with fluorescent tubes symmetrically welded together to form fins(fins of butterfly piece)creating a shape that looks somewhat like the letter"H",creating an efficient energy saving, extension heating surface.
2.H-fin Tubes also have a high rate of fusion welds and weld tensile strength.H-fin Tube is assembled with the H economizer, which has high efficiency,little resistance,less wear and light weight.

Purpose
1.Using an economizer does not just prevent heat loss — it can also extend the life of the boiler.
2.Stresses from using cooler temperature make-up water, known as “thermal shock”, can subject wear and tear on the boiler’s structural integrity over time.
3.This hammering “shock” effect occurs as the boiler’s fixed tube-sheets and fire-tubes rapidly contract from the sudden make-up of cooler temperature water.
4.However, when this water is pre-heated, the temperature differential is far less extreme, putting less strain on the boiler and giving it a longer operating life.
