Product Description
Boiler Headers form an important part of all types of boilers. Steam from the generating tubes is collected in headers which are therefore always under pressure.The stubs of various sizes are very carefully welded to the main body of the header to provide the desired openings from the headers.
Material
Natural gas industry Boiler Header can be made of alloy steel, carbon steel or other kind of material as per the customer’s requirements. It conforms to the standard of ASTM, EN, DIN, GB.
The manufacturing equipment is 30~185MN hydraulic press, the forging ratio >3, the technical condition is in accordance with the standard of ASTM, EN, DIN, GB.
