The 15CrMoG Alloy Steel Superheater Membrane Wall Panel is manufactured with φ42*4mm chromium-molybdenum alloy tubes to GB5310 standard. This versatile panel provides reliable performance in superheater wall sections of industrial boilers operating at temperatures up to 500°C, offering an excellent balance of performance and cost for mid-range boiler applications.

Material & Construction

Fabricated from 15CrMoG seamless alloy steel tubes per GB5310, containing approximately 1.0% Chromium and 0.5% Molybdenum. This Chinese-standard Cr-Mo steel is the direct equivalent to SA213 T12, providing improved elevated-temperature properties over carbon steel while maintaining good weldability. Membrane bars are produced from 15CrMo plate for consistent metallurgical properties across the entire panel.
