The SA210 Gr.C Carbon Steel Boiler Membrane Wall Panel with φ51×5mm seamless tubes is engineered for heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) water wall sections in combined cycle power plants. This heavy-duty panel delivers reliable performance under cyclic thermal loading conditions.

Material & Construction

Fabricated from SA210 Gr.C medium carbon steel seamless boiler tubes, offering higher tensile strength compared to Gr.A1. The tubes are welded to Q245R carbon steel membrane bars using precision high-frequency resistance welding (HFRW), creating a continuous gas-tight membrane structure. SA210 Gr.C provides excellent creep resistance at elevated temperatures up to 450°C.
