H-fin Tubes feature two steel discs with fluorescent tubes symmetrically welded together to form fins (butterfly-shaped fins), creating an efficient energy-saving extended heating surface that resembles the letter "H".
H-fin Tubes offer high fusion weld rates and excellent weld tensile strength. They provide minimal contact resistance, superior heat transfer performance, and enhanced scalability. When assembled into H economizers, these tubes deliver high efficiency, low resistance, reduced wear, and lightweight construction. Compared to traditional fin tubes or spiral tubes, H-fin tubes significantly expand the heating surface area.
