H-fin tubes feature two steel discs with fluorescent tubes symmetrically welded together to form fins (butterfly-shaped fins), creating an efficient energy-saving extended heating surface that resembles the letter "H".
These tubes offer high fusion weld rates with excellent weld tensile strength. They provide minimal contact resistance, superior heat transfer performance, and excellent scalability. When assembled into H economizers, they deliver high efficiency, low resistance, reduced wear, and lightweight construction.
Compared to traditional fin tubes or spiral tubes, H-fin tubes significantly expand the heating surface area while occupying less space for equivalent heat transfer effectiveness.
