Water wall panels are essential components in modern industrial boilers, designed to replace traditional steam generating tubes. These panels efficiently absorb high-temperature radiant heat from combustion flames while minimizing heat loss through enhanced airtightness. Our manufacturing process utilizes automatic fin-to-tube welding machines and large tube benders to produce boiler tubes in various shapes and sizes tailored to customer specifications.
Boiler water walls consist of membrane walls constructed from tubes welded together, with or without metal strips between them. These walls form the enclosure for coal combustion chambers. Functioning as the evaporator section, water wall tubes primarily contain liquid water that gradually evaporates as it rises through the boiler system.
Available Boiler Water Wall Panel Types
  • Membrane Boiler Water Wall Panel: Features rolled finned tubes spot-welded into sealed combined heating surfaces, significantly improving furnace airtightness and reducing air leakage.
  • Studded Water Wall Tubing: Equipped with welded pins (20-25mm length, 6-12mm diameter) and chrome ore refractory plastic coating to reduce heat absorption and increase combustion zone temperature. Ideal for challenging fuel ignition scenarios and specific slag tapping furnaces.
  • Plain Tube Boiler Water Wall Panel: Constructed from seamless steel pipes in the simplest structural configuration.
  • Wall-Attached Boiler Water Wall Tubing: Embedded within furnace wall inner surfaces for single-sided heat absorption.
  • Double-Sided Heated Water Wall Panel: Installed centrally in large boiler furnaces to create two independent sections, both receiving heat exposure.
