H-shaped finned tube (H fin tube), also known as H-shaped rib tube, also known as butterfly tube, is welded two pieces of steel with an arc in the middle and the light tube together symmetrically to form a fin (rib or butterfly),and the front shape is quite like the letter "H", so it is called H-shaped fin tube (H fin tube). The two fins of the H-finned tube are rectangular and approximately square, and their sides are about twice as long as those of the light tube. It is an extended heating surface. The H-type finned tube adopts the flash resistance welding process method, which has high weld fusion rate, high tensile strength of weld after welding, and good thermal conductivity. The H-type finned tube can also be manufactured into a double-tube "double H" type fin tube, which has good rigidity in structure and can be applied to occasions with long tube rows. HD Boiler Fin Tube is a high quality Carbon Steel Fin Tube, which is widely used in Boiler, Heat Exchanger, Condenser, Fin And Tube Heat Exchanger and Boiler Fin Tube Heat Exchanger applications. It is designed and manufactured in compliance with ASME, ISO9001:2015, ISOEN3834 standards. It is available in customized sizes and thicknesses to meet the requirements of different customers. It is packaged in Iron frame Packing, Wooden Cases, Pallet, etc. for safe transportation. The minimum order quantity is 3 TONS and the price is negotiable. The delivery time depends on the quantity and the payment terms are 30% after contract and balance 70% before shipment, or 100% L/C at sight. The supply ability is 100 tons/Month.
The boiler fin tubes are packaged in wooden crates or cartons, with each tube wrapped with an individual cardboard sleeve. The crates are then placed on a pallet and covered with a waterproof tarp to ensure the safety of the tubes during shipping.
The shipping method will depend on the size and quantity of the order. For smaller orders, the boiler fin tubes are shipped via small package carriers such as UPS or FedEx. For larger orders, the tubes are shipped via freight carriers such as R&L Carriers or Estes Express.
