Product Introduction
H-type fin tube is to weld two pieces of steel with an arc in the middle symmetrically with the plain pipe to form a fin (rib or disc), the front shape is quite similar to the letter "H", which is an efficient energy-saving product for expanding the heating surface.
The H-type fin tube has the advantages of high weld fusion rate, high welding tensile strength, small contact thermal resistance, good heat transfer and strong expansion ability. The H-type economizer assembled with it has the characteristics of high heat exchange efficiency, low resistance, low wear and light weight. Compared with traditional fin tubes and spiral ribbed tubes, H-type fin tubes can maximize the heating surface.
Under the same degree of heat exchange, the H-type fin tube economizer can greatly save space and volume. In addition to H-type economizers, it can also be assembled into H-type evaporators, H-type superheaters, H-type heaters and many other products.
