Description
A superheater is a component that heats saturated steam in an industrial boiler, turning it into superheated steam. Our superheater guarantees that the superheated steam temperature will fluctuate to within an allowable range (normally varies from 540℃ to 550℃) when the boiler is over loaded.
Superheaters and reheaters are important parts for the heating surfaces, used to increase steam temperature, aiming to improve steam enthalpy and further to increase the thermal circulation efficiency for power station.
The function of superheater is to heat saturated steam into superheated steam of some temperature. The superheater is divided into rear platen superheater, final superheater, vertical low temperature superheater, horizontal low temperature superheater, etc. according to its layout and heat transfer mode.
According to the installation mode in the boiler, the serpentine tube panel can be generally divided into two types: vertical suspension type and horizontal suspension type. The vertical suspended serpentine tube panel is generally a single-layer structure, which is mainly used in the high-temperature section of the superheater and reheater. The end of the tube panel is directly connected with the pipe joint of the header, suspended and arranged in the longitudinal direction of the header, and penetrated the ceiling of the furnace chamber, and sealed with it through the accessories on the tube panel; The horizontal suspended serpentine tube panel, most of which are of double-layer structure, is fixed and suspended by water-cooled hanging tube in the middle, and is generally used in the low temperature section of superheater and reheater and the serpentine tube of economizer.
