H fin tube Performance characteristics

3) The H-shaped finned tube economizer is arranged in line. The H-shaped fin divides the space into several small areas, which has a flow sharing effect on the air flow and greatly reduces the wear
4) H-shaped fins can achieve the best soot blowing effect due to the formation of straight channels on both sides.

6) Energy saving and low power consumption: the economizer used for the generator set can reduce at least two-thirds of the exhaust heat loss of the generator, and the power consumption per ton of steam is only 2 ~ 4kw
7) Simple operation and maintenance; Labor saving: the overall assembly of the economizer leaves the factory, with few moving parts, simple structure and easy installation. High automation level and simple operation and maintenance can reduce the number of operators.
