Product Description of Membrane Water Wall


We are manufacturing and supplying a comprehensive range of Waterwall Panels. The tubes offered by us are known to withstand a great internal pressure as a continual strip of fin material is wound spirally on the tube. These tubes are known to provide heat uniformly that result in an increased heat output.Water wall panels are used in Waste Heat recovery boilers. We manufacture Water wall panels. These are fabricated out of carbon steel tubes to customers' drawings and specifications. Special care is taken for ovality and thinning at the bent portion, during fabrication.

 

The main function of water wall panels in boiler is to absorb the heat generated by high temperature flame or flue and to generate steam or hot water in tubes, hence to reduce the temperature in the chamber.

 

(1) membrane type water cooling wall of the furnace wall protection is the most thorough, so the furnace wall only need to use insulation materials, rather than refractory materials, so that the thickness of the furnace wall, weight are greatly reduced, simplify the furnace wall structure, reduce the total weight of the boiler.

(2) Membrane water wall also has good air tightness, can adapt to the requirements of positive pressure combustion on the boiler, not easy to slagging, less air leakage, reduce the heat loss of smoke exhaust, improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.

(3) The assembly can be welded by the manufacturer to leave the factory, quick and convenient installation.

(4) the use of membrane wall structure of the boiler, convenient and simple maintenance, the service life of the boiler can be greatly improved.
