Product Introduction of Boiler Superheater Coils

 

A superheater is a component that heats saturated steam in an industrial boiler, turning it into superheated steam. Our superheater guarantees that the superheated steam temperature will fluctuate to within an allowable range (normally varies from 540℃ to 550℃) when the boiler is over loaded.

The reheater returns the exhaust steam from high-pressure stage of a turbine back to the boiler for reheating, then sends the reheated steam to the low-pressure stage of a turbine. Through this process, the steam temperature in a turbine is controlled to within an allowable range.

According to the heat transfer mode: convection, radiation and semi radiation

According to the structural characteristics: serpentine tube type, screen type, wall type and wrapped wall type.
