Product Description

The circulating fluidized bed (CFB) is a developing technology for coal combustion to achieve lower emission of pollutants. By using this technology, up to 95% of pollutants can be absorbed before being emitted to the atmosphere.

 

Characteristics

1. Steel sheet separator cyclone and air-cooled(water cooled )cyclone separator.
2. Tail superheater area using air-cooled(water-cooled)wall enclosure.
3. Rear fender economizer furnace wall: the guard plate frame light furnace wall, boiler tightness.
4. Design of steel structures: Using finite element analysis software of the boiler structure was accurately calculated to ensure that the load distribution is reasonable.
5. Optimizing a secondary air ratio can be reduced auxiliary power, strengthening extension to extend the disturbance in the furnace flue gas residence time, improve thermal efficiency of the boiler.
6. Furnace section play, smoke long residence time in the furnace, the furnace, the furnace up speed is low, the furnace circulating volume, improve the boiler burnout rate, colleagues, greatly reducing the wear of the furnace water wall region.
