Product Information
- Boiler economizer is installed on the lower part of the boiler tail flue for recycling the waste heat of smoke, a device heating boiler feed water into steam drum pressure of saturated water heating surface, due to its high temperature flue gas heat, reduces the exhaust temperature of flue gas, save the energy, improve the efficiency, so called the Economizer.
- Steel tube economizer is not limited by pressure, can be used as a boiling type, generally from the outer diameter of 32 ~ 51 mm carbon steel tube.Fins and fins are sometimes added to the tube to improve heat transfer.The tubular economizer consists of horizontally arranged parallel elbow pipes (commonly known as serpentine pipes).
Classification
There are many ways to classify coal economizer, which can be classified as follows:
- According to the degree of heating water: can be divided into non-boiling type and boiling type of two.

- According to the structure of the form: light tube economizer and fin economizer.Finned economizer includes: H type economizer (used more) and screw fin economizer.
- According to the form of heat conduction: direct conduction and indirect conduction;
