Membrane water cooling wall refers to the water cooling wall composed of air-tight pipe screen welded by flat steel and pipe.The membrane water cooling wall can guarantee the good tightness of the furnace chamber, significantly reduce the air leakage coefficient of the furnace chamber for the negative pressure boiler, and improve the combustion condition in the furnace.It can increase the effective radiation heating area and save steel consumption.

Water wall is the main heating part of the boiler, it consists of several rows of steel tubes, distributed around the boiler furnace.Its internal flow of water or steam, the external acceptance of the boiler furnace flame heat.It mainly absorbs the radiant heat of high temperature combustion products in the furnace, in which the working medium rises and evaporates when heated.
