Water Wall Panels are used in modern day Boilers to reduce heat loss due to their gas tight nature and reduce insulation costs. We fabricate Water Wall Panels using automatic Fin to tubes welding machines and large Tube Panel Benders to achieve desired shape of panels which can have Stub Welded to Headers. We supply Panels with integrated manhole openings in the panels.

The water-wall pipe is vertically arranged around the furnace, and its main function is to absorb a large amount of radiant heat from the high-temperature flue gas, and at the same time to reduce the damage of slag and high-temperature flue gas to the furnace wall and protect the furnace wall.The lower end of the water-wall tube is connected to the lower collecting box, which is connected to the water space of the pot barrel through the descending pipe. The upper end is directly connected to the upper pot barrel, or connected to the upper collecting box via the steam pipe and connected to the pot barrel, forming the water circulation system of the water-wall.
Water wall tube usually adopts no. 10 or no. 20 seamless steel tube with outer diameter of 51 ~ 76 mm and wall thickness of 3.5 ~ 6.0 mm.The distance between the center of the pipe is generally 1 of the outer diameter of the pipe.25 ~ 2 times, light tube and fin tube.In the industrial boiler generally USES the light tube water wall.In order to reduce the weight of the furnace wall, finned tubes are often used to form the membrane water-cooling wall for the quick-loading boiler, which can protect the furnace wall more thoroughly, greatly reduce the temperature of the furnace wall, and reduce the weight and thickness of the furnace wall.
Water wall tube is generally fixed in the upper part, the lower part of the free expansion.The upper collecting box of the water-wall tube is fixed on the bracket or connected with the upper pot barrel, and the lower collecting box is suspended by the water-wall tube.The water-wall tube itself is limited to move along the horizontal direction by the hook, so that it can only slide up and down.
The upper and lower collecting boxes connecting the water-wall pipes are made of seamless steel pipes with larger diameter.Both ends of the collecting box are provided with hand holes for scale removal.The lower collecting box is also provided with a regular sewage pipe to remove the slag deposited in the boiler water and to be used when the boiler is empty.
