Product Introduce


Full name of "water wall pipe", the old name of "water wall", also known as "rising pipe".Usually laid vertically on the inner wall of the furnace wall, it is mainly used to absorb the radiant heat emitted by the flame and high-temperature flue gas in the furnace.It is the main type of evaporating heating surface of all kinds of modern boilers and the basic component of boiler water circulation loop.Because of both cooling and protection of the furnace wall, so the name.

 

The water wall was originally designed not to be heated, but to cool the furnace from high temperature damage.Later, because of its good heat exchange function, it gradually replaced the steam drum as the main heating part of the boiler.

 

The evaporative heating surface, which is laid on the inner wall of boiler chamber and consists of many parallel pipes.The function of water wall is to absorb the radiant heat of high temperature flame or flue gas in the furnace chamber, generate steam or hot water in the pipe, and reduce the temperature of the furnace wall to protect the furnace wall.In a large capacity boiler, the flame temperature in the furnace is very high, the intensity of heat radiation is very large.Forty to fifty percent or more of the heat in the boiler is absorbed by the water wall.Except for a few small capacity boilers, modern water tube boilers take water cooling wall as the main heating surface of evaporation.

 

 

Manufacturing


HDB manufacure use screen welding method of membrane type wall light pipe and flat steel structure the welding process of membrane type wall light pipe and flat steel structure is mainly as follows:

 

1. Automatic fusion of extremely active gas shielded welding

The mixed group of protective gas is divided into (Ar)85% ~ 90%+(CO2)15% ~ 10%. In the equipment, the pipe and flat steel are pressed by the upper and lower rollers and transported forward. Multiple welding guns can be used for simultaneous welding at the top and bottom.

2. Wire submerged arc welding

This equipment belongs to the fixed frame welding workstation, the machine tool has the function of steel pipe and flat steel positioning, clamping, feeding, welding and automatic recovery of flux, etc. Generally, it is equipped with 4 or 8 welding guns to complete the welding of 4 or 8 fillet welds at the same time.This technique is simple to operate and has no high requirements on the surface of pipes and flat steel. However, it can only be welded on one side in a horizontal position and cannot be welded on both sides at the same time.

3. Semi-automatic gas arc welding

When welding with this method, the pipe screen shall be firstly positioned and welded, and then welded by manual operation of the welding gun.This welding method can not be used for simultaneous welding of top and bottom, and it is difficult to realize continuous and uniform welding of multiple welding guns, so it is difficult to control welding deformation.When using semi-automatic gas arc welding for pipe screen welding, attention must be paid to reasonable selection of welding sequence to minimize welding deformation.The fillet welds of the flat steel sealed at the local opening of the pipe screen and the fillet welds of the special-shaped pipe screen such as the cold ash bucket and burner nozzle are usually welded by semi-automatic fusion polar gas shielded welding.
