Product Description
The water wall is the main radiation heat surface, arranged inside the boiler chamber and proceeds the heat exchange directly with the high temperature flame. The convection tubes are the convection heat surface of the boiler, arranged between the boiler chamber outlet and the end heat surface and proceed the heat exchange directly with the high temperature fume. The water wall and convection tubes are the main heat surface of the boiler, the tubes diameter for both generally usedΦ 51-60mm boiler steel tubes, also as the request.

Types
According to the structure type, there are mainly three types: light tube type, membrane type and piercing tube type.The water wall of the light pipe is composed of a whole row of seamless steel pipes, and the structure is the simplest.The membrane water cooling wall is welded together by spot welding of many rolled water cooling wall fin tubes, making it a sealed composite heating surface, which can not only improve the air tightness of the furnace, reduce air leakage, but also better protect the furnace wall, making the weight of the furnace wall reduced and the structure simplified.The water-cooling wall of the piercing tube is welded on the water-cooling wall pipe with a lot of pins of 20 ~ 25mm in length and 6 ~ 12mm in diameter, and then coated with chromite refractory plastics to reduce the heat absorption of the water-cooling wall part and increase the temperature of the combustion zone. It is suitable for the occasions where fuel ignition is particularly difficult or some liquid slag discharge furnaces.According to layout position, there are two kinds of wall type and partition wall type (that is, both sides are heated).The former is mostly embedded in the inner wall of the furnace wall, with one side absorbing heat.Most of the latter are installed in the middle of the large boiler furnace, dividing the entire furnace into two separate parts, two sides heated.

1). To guarantee the leakproofness of furnace wall and reduce the air leak of combustion chamber.
2). To achieve the full water cooling of combustion chamber, and the boiler accessories membrane water wall is benefit to prevent coking under the condition of supplemental firing.
3). The thermal storage capacity is small, the warming of combustion chamber is fast and the cooling is also fast, which could shorten the cooling time of boiler’s start and furnace shut down.
4). It is good to adopt top supported water cooled wall and it could reduce the load of boiler framework, which is benefit to overhang.
5) Compared with the bare tubes, the membrane water wall improves the heat absorption capacity of tubes.
6) The factory direct boiler membrane water wall could improve the Preliminary combination degree of boiler parts and reduce the installation workload.
