In the 1980s, drugs were spreading around the world and drug trafficking was getting worse. In order to solve the problem, June,1987, the United Nations held in Vienna more than 3000 delegates from 138 countries take part in the problem of drug abuse and illicit trafficking ministerial meeting, the meeting proposed love life, not drugs, and the delegates agreed to June 26 as the international anti-drug day, in order to attract the world attention to the problem of drug, called on people around the world to solve the problem of drug together at the same time.
