Detailed description:
Spiral finned tube is an efficient heat transfer element with spiral fins. Its heat transfer area is several times to dozens of times that of bare tube, which can strengthen heat transfer, reduce flow resistance and metal consumption, so as to improve the economy and operation reliability of heat exchange equipment.
At present, spiral finned tubes have been widely used in various boilers. Spiral finned tubes can be manufactured by various methods. At present, the finned tubes used in heat exchange equipment such as boilers and pressure vessels are mainly manufactured by the following methods: high frequency resistance welding spiral finned tubes, brazed spiral finned tubes and integral spiral finned tubes.
Spiral finned tube has been widely used in the heat recovery of boiler economizer, air preheater and waste heat boiler, as well as the heat exchange equipment of chemical industry, pressure vessel and other fields. The capacity of units used in boilers is increasing from small to large.
