Wear resistance
1) Wear resistance, can increase wear life 3-4 times.
It is found that the wear of spiral finned tubes arranged in line has the following rules:
(1) Wear occurs on the forward side of the screw;
(2) Severe wear occurred on the forward side of the helix, near the root of the tube at the fin fold
This is caused by the rotation of the spiral fins, the surface of the fins formed by the rotation of the spiral fins is a space surface, and the wrinkles formed during the processing of the fins
However, the h-fin tube is straight, that is, it does not rotate, the surface is parallel to the air flow and the processing does not form wrinkles, so it can overcome the serious problem of the wear of the spiral fin tube; the h-fin divides the space into several small areas, which has the effect of current sharing on the air flow, and the wear life is 3-4 times higher under the same other conditions.
