Biomass boilers are a kind of boilers. The boilers which use biomass energy as fuel are called biomass boilers. They are divided into biomass steam boilers, biomass hot water boilers, biomass hot air stoves, biomass heat conducting oil boilers, vertical biomass boilers, horizontal biomass boilers and so on.

The feeding system
The feeding system is composed of a bin, a vibrating feeder, a screw feeder and a screw feeding tube.
The BMF fuel formed in the factory is transferred to the hopper by the belt conveyor, and then the BMF fuel in the hopper is fed to the burner by the screw feeder for combustion.
In order to ensure the stability of continuous feeding and material conveying, a vibrating feeder is connected between the bin and the screw feeder.
The combustion system consists of burners, fans, igniters and other components.
Biomass fuel in the burner first has a preheating process, and then through the fan fuel transport to the furnace for combustion.
The BMF fuel has a high volatile content, and when the temperature in the furnace reaches its volatile release temperature, the igniter fuel can catch fire quickly under the condition of air supply.
The temperature control of the burner is based on the internal temperature of the furnace, which is related to the amount of air supply during fuel gasification.
The adjustment of boiler load is controlled by the adjustment of feed quantity.
After combustion, the flue gas enters the convection flue duct through the furnace for heat transfer, then enters the dust collector for purification treatment, and finally discharge to complete the whole combustion and heat transfer process.
The boiler is equipped with a fully automatic ash blowing device, which can regularly clean the furnace and the smoke pipe to ensure that there is no accumulation of dust on the surface of the smoke pipe, so as to achieve safe and efficient operation of the boiler.
Smoke wind system
Air supply system: the air supply system of the boiler is arranged in an integrated way with the burner. The air is sent to the furnace through the burner by the blower to achieve the function of conveying fuel and assisting combustion.
Induced draft dust removal system: under the action of induced draft fan, the high-temperature flue gas generated after combustion goes through the convection heat transfer in the smoke pipe to enter the dust collector for purification, and finally is discharged from the chimney by induced draft fan.
