What is HRSG boiler?
HRSG boiler is commonly known as "waste heat boiler."
It is a boiler that generates hot water or steam from high-temperature flue gas or waste heat from hot industrial products from industrial furnaces gas turbines and high-power diesel engines.
It can recover a large amount of waste heat, save fuel, reduce production cost and reduce the environmental pollution caused by smoke emission.
HRSG boiler is widely used in chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, paper, building materials and other departments.
What are the features of HRSG boiler?
The high temperature flue gas released from coal combustion is transported through the flue to the inlet of the waste heat boiler, and then flows through the heater, evaporator and economizer, and finally discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. the exhaust temperature is generally 150 °180 ℃. The heat released by the drop of flue gas temperature from high temperature to exhaust temperature is used to turn water into steam. The boiler feed water first enters the economizer, and the water absorbs heat in the economizer and heats up slightly below the drum pressure. After the water entering the boiler is mixed with the saturated water in the drum, the falling tube along the lower part of the drum enters the evaporator to absorb heat and begins to produce steam, usually only part of the water becomes steam, so it is the mixture of steam and water that flows in the evaporator. The steam and water mixture leaves the evaporator and enters the upper drum and is separated by the steam and water separation device, and the water falls into the water space in the pot tube to continue to absorb heat and produce steam, while the steam enters the superheater from the upper part of the boiler. Absorb heat to turn saturated steam into superheated steam. According to the three stages of the steam production process, there are three heating surfaces, namely, economizer, evaporator and superheater. If superheated steam is not needed, only saturated steam is needed and superheater can not be installed. When there is reheated steam, a reheater can be added.
